Family owned and operated early learning centres since 2003

Owners Sam and Angela outside Keiki Early Learning Mindarie Keys

In 2003, sisters Sam and Angela opened their first early learning service in Mindarie with a vision of providing a childcare centre that focused on quality education in a secure, home away from home environment.

Both Sam and Angela have a genuine love for children and their development. Angela has a strong background in teaching. She has a Master’s Degree in Education, a Degree in Social Science (Children and Family Studies) and was also a State Registered Nurse. She has three grown up children. Sam has a background in business, a Diploma in Children’s Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) and is the mother of two children.

When looking for care for Sam’s two children the sisters realised that other early learning centres did not meet their expectations. They decided to open a childcare centre in Mindarie Keys that could provide high standards of learning within a loving environment. Since then, they have become part of the community, well respected and highly recommended by past and present families.

In 2008 they opened an Outside School Hours and Three Plus Kindy based at Mindarie Primary School to support children transitioning onto school. Partnering with Mindarie Primary School provides further opportunities to prepare children for the next step of their educational journey. Children are confident and well equipped for the new challenges of Kindy and Pre-Primary.

After opening another two childcare services in Hamersley and Trinity, Alkimos, it was decided the four services needed a new name that would unify them as one. Previously named individually as Mindarie Keys Early Learning School, Mindarie Keys Three Plus School Readiness and Outside of School Hours Care, Hamersley Early Learning School and Trinity Early Learning School, all services were renamed as Keiki Early Learning in early 2019.

Since then, we have added new early learning services to Perth’s northern suburbs including Keiki Glendale in Hamersley, Keiki Edgewater and Keiki Catalina in Clarkson. We also operate an additional two Outside School Care services Keiki Shorehaven and Keiki Tapping, both based at local primary schools. All services remain proudly family owned and operated.
