Meet the Team

Kelly - Centre Coordinator

Kelly lives local to the area and has four children of her own. She is very passionate about Early Childhood Education and has been working in this industry for over 20 years.

Kelly supports the belief that the first 5 years of a child’s life is paramount in terms of how rapidly they learn and develop and during this time we can contribute to increasing their emotional and cognitive IQ. Her goals as Centre Coordinator is to ensure we are constantly initiating and extending each child’s innate wish to learn and the expertise, culture, values and beliefs of families are respected and families share in decision-making about their child’s learning and wellbeing.

Ruth has also worked as an Educational Leader, where she was able to support the educators to develop and implement the curriculum in order to provide high quality early childhood education and care to all the children. She now assists Kelly in running the operations of the service and ensuring best quality outcomes for all the children and families that attend.

Lucy - Early Childhood Teacher

Lucy is originally from the UK where she trained as a Primary School teacher and has been teaching for over five years. She specialised in music and dance and led her own dance team. Lucy feels it is so rewarding to play an important role in each child’s learning journey as there are countless magical moments when you are a teacher, particularly in Early Childhood.

Lucy’s main interests include socialising, watching musicals, dancing and sports, so if you ever catch her singing or dancing around you’ll know why!
