Community Support

Partnering with our Communities

At Keiki Early Learning, we are committed to working within our local communities and are continually looking to form partnerships with like-minded community groups, families and local businesses. Some of the community partnerships we have formed in the past include:

  • A weekly intergenerational playgroup with Harbourside Village Mindarie
  • Weekly excursions to Hamersley Habitat Community Gardens
  • Partnerships and visits to local primary schools as part of our Preschool Program
  • Incursions with the One Tonne Imo initiative for community clean-ups
  • Involvement in the Adopt-a-Spot program for park and public space clean-ups

By engaging with the local community, we can build family partnerships and a sense of belonging for the children in our care. These partnerships also benefit children’s learning and development as they discover the world around them and their place within it.

Local Club Sponsorships

We are passionate about supporting local community sports clubs and non-profit organisations through sponsorships and fundraising. Some of the sports clubs we currently support include:

  • Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club
  • Mullalloo Surf Life Saving Club
  • Westside BMX Club
  • Phoenix Basketball Club
  • Alkimos Tigers Touch Association
  • Mindarie Mustangs Little Athletics Club
  • Warwick Junior AFL Club
  • Wanneroo Joondalup Tee Ball Club
  • Mindarie Football Club

We also regularly contribute funds and assistance to school P&C groups within the schools we partner with. To find out more about our sponsorships, please contact your local Keiki Early Learning school or email the Keiki Hub team via marketing@keikiearlylearning.com.au.

Events and Fundraising

Keiki Early Learning participates in many fundraising efforts throughout the year. We support or have previously supported charities such as Cancer Council, HAND NOR (Homeless, At Risk, Needy, Disadvantaged), the Smith Family and Red Nose (formerly SIDS and Kids). We are also a long-term supporter of World Vision and have sponsored children through the program since 2003.

In addition to ongoing charity contributions, we hold community fundraising events such as Keiki’s Biggest Morning Tea, raising funds for the Cancer Council, and fundraising events within our centres such as bake sales, dress up days and donation drives.

As well as these fundraising events, Keiki Early Learning regularly holds free workshops and information sessions for our families and the community. To stay up to date with our upcoming events, follow us on Facebook.
