Keiki Early Learning has been providing high quality education and care to children in Perth’s northern suburbs for over 17 years. We are a successful family owned and operated business, passionate about providing supportive and inspiring environments for children and educators. Our educators and Centre Coordinators are supported by a senior management team, located at our head office and specialised in areas such as human resources, finance, marketing and general operations. As a team, we work towards one common goal; building happy, resilient and caring children who love learning.
Learning is not just crucial for the children in our care, but also for our educators. We provide opportunities for ongoing professional development for all our staff and foster an environment transparency, honesty and collaboration that values each team members’ ongoing learning. We are passionate about providing career development opportunities from within the organisation, with many of our Keiki Crew being long-term staff members who have advanced within the company. We are also committed to fostering a fun and positive culture, with multiple staff events throughout the year to encourage team building and social connectiveness outside of the work environment.
