Keiki Early Learning has been providing high quality education and care to children in Perth’s northern suburbs for more than 20 years. We are a family owned and operated business, passionate about providing supportive and inspiring environments for children and educators. Our educators and Centre Coordinators are supported by the Keiki Hub team, with expertise in areas such as human resources, finance, marketing, administration and compliance. As a team, we work towards one common goal; providing the best possible opportunities for children to play, learn and grow.

Sam and Angela look forward to welcoming you into the Keiki Early Learning family!

Training and Development

Learning is not just crucial for the children in our care, but also for our educators. We provide regular training and professional development for all our staff and foster an environment of transparency, honesty and collaboration that values each team members’ ongoing learning. We are passionate about providing career development opportunities from within the organisation, with many of our Keiki Crew being long-term staff members who have advanced within the company.

Wellness and Connectiveness

At Keiki we’re committed to fostering a fun and positive culture, with multiple staff events throughout the year to encourage team building and social connectiveness outside of the work environment. All employees are supported to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing, with free access to 24/7 independent tips, advice and counselling via our wellness program through Access EAP.
