Keiki's Tapping Early Learning – FAQs

For our OSHC program, we provide children with a nutritious breakfast and afternoon tea, freshly prepared each day. During Vacation Care, families will need to pack morning tea and any lunch items listed on the program schedule. Please ensure all food brought into the service is nut-free.

All Keiki services are allergy-aware, with strict food safety and nutrition policies in place to keep every child safe and well. If your child has any dietary requirements or allergies that may mean changes are required to their menu, just let your service management team know during orientation so we can ensure the right support is in place.

At Keiki Tapping, our before and after school care program includes a variety of breakfasts and afternoon tea options, prepared fresh each day. The menu rotates seasonally and features nutritious, tasty options made with fresh, in-season ingredients to support children’s health and wellbeing.

All Keiki services are allergy-aware, with robust food safety and nutrition procedures in place to support every child’s health and wellbeing. If your child has any allergies or dietary needs, please let the service management team know at enrolment so we can put the right supports in place.

Our menus are regularly reviewed and influenced by feedback from children and families, helping us offer meals that kids enjoy while still meeting their nutritional needs. You can view the current menu at your Keiki service at any time.

During Vacation Care, breakfast, afternoon tea, and selected lunches are included as part of the program. For details on what’s provided at Keiki Tapping, please speak with your Centre Coordinator, who will be happy to help.

At Keiki Tapping, we work to ensure drop-off feels calm, simple and reassuring for both children and families. When you arrive, we welcome you to bring your child into their designated room and have a quick chat with our educators, who will help them settle in and start the day positively. Please remember to sign your child in using the Xplor app on the centre iPad each time you drop them off.
