Health Care and Medical Conditions
If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, dietary or special health requirements please ensure you have communicated this with the Centre Coordinator. A Risk Minimisation and Communication Plan must be completed to identify any risks and determine how they can be reduced within the service. Our Medical Conditions Policy can also be accessed here for your reference.

Orientation and Settling
Your Centre Coordinator will arrange orientation dates for your child once enrolment information has been completed. We recommend two orientation sessions, however we will work with you to arrange as many as are needed according to your individual circumstances. Orientations allow your child to familiarise themselves with their new environment and educators before their first day. We will then work in collaboration to ensure a smooth transition into care; it is only once your child is feeling comfortable, safe and secure that the learning can begin and this is our first goal as early learning educators.
To assist us in getting to know your child, family and community networks, please fill out the below Information for My Educators form and email it back to the service or bring it along to your first orientation session. If your child is going into the Babies Room, please also fill out a First Foods chart below.
