Keiki Early Learning operate a dedicated childcare and early learning centre based at Mindarie Primary School. Established in 2008, Keiki Mindarie Primary caters for children from 3 to 12 years. The centre provides an outside school care service, in addition to running a unique Preschool Program onsite.
Keiki Mindarie Primary is ideally positioned to provide the benefits of a close working relationship with Mindarie Primary School, its teachers and staff. We offer a safe, nurturing and stimulating natural environment located conveniently on school grounds. This early learning and OSHC centre is perfect for those who live or work around Mindarie, Quinns Rocks, Merriwa, Clarkson, Somerly or Ridgewood.
Specialised Preschool Program
Working in close partnership with Mindarie Primary School, our specialised onsite Preschool Program eases the transition from early learning and day-care to formal schooling. It is led by highly experienced and qualified early learning educators. We work together with teachers and hold regular excursions to the school to help familiarise children with the environment.
Outside of School Hours Care
At Keiki Mindarie Primary, we offer a safe environment where children are encouraged to socialise, play and interact with other children and educators outside of school hours. We focus on providing stimulating social and recreational activities for school-aged children through our outside school care programs, including:
- Before and after school care
- Pupil free day activities
- Vacation care programs over school holidays
Our outside school hours care service complies with all state regulations, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care for school-aged children in Western Australia.
Before and After School Care
We believe in giving children a wide variety of environments and activities to choose from. These include the beautiful new nature garden, basketball courts and undercover tiger turf play area. There are also many quiet, serene spaces to sit and watch when your child craves a little peace after a busy day at school. Our outside hours care service also allows graduates of Keiki Mindarie’s Preschool program to revisit our centre and continue their connection with friends and educators.
Our before school care program is operated every school day before school starts from 6:30am to 8.45am, with after school care running from 2:30pm to 6pm.
Vacation Care
Our vacation care program is designed to beat school holiday boredom. The program offers a range of planned activities, incursions and excursions for school-aged children. All children in the local community are able to enrol in our vacation care program, whether they attend Mindarie Primary School or another school.
